Handcrafted Products: All marble idols and handicrafts offered by Bhakti Mart India are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, carving, size, or finish are natural and are a hallmark of authenticity.
Natural Sacred Items: Products such as Rudraksha, Tulsi, gemstones, and other natural items may vary in size, color, or texture due to their natural origin.

Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers must record a continuous video while opening the parcel. No complaints regarding damage, breakage, or missing items will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.
Insurance: All premium marble idols are insured by us, provided the unboxing video clearly shows the parcel being opened.
If an order includes both a marble idol and smaller items (such as incense sticks or pooja samagri), they may be shipped together in a single box to optimize courier costs.
Heavy items such as Marble Mandirs or large idols may require an additional 10–15 days beyond standard delivery timelines.
We guarantee that every product dispatched by Bhakti Mart India is Saatvik, pure, and spiritually sanctified.
We humbly request customers to handle sacred items such as Janeu, Kanthi, and Idols with clean hands and maintain their spiritual dignity.
Customized Orders: No cancellation or refund will be provided for items made specifically on customer request.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For heavy or high-value items, a 40% advance payment is mandatory as a security deposit.
All website content, images, product designs, and descriptions are the exclusive property of Bhakti Mart India. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Bhakti Mart India shall not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
