At Bhakti Mart we deliver your spiritual products quickly, safely and reliably across all of India. We partner with trusted courier services so your order reaches you in perfect condition.

All orders are processed from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Every order is carefully packed to protect fragile and sacred items. We use extra bubble wrap, thermocol padding, and sturdy cardboard boxes for delicate products like idols, shivlings and stonework.

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing — quality verification, packaging and courier handover.

  • Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Express Orders: Dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
  • Handmade / Custom Items: May take 3–5 days due to artisan crafting time.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Processing time does not include delivery time. Total = Processing + Shipping. During festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri) processing may take 1–2 extra days due to high volumes.

Track your order via My Orders in your account or by entering the tracking ID on our courier partner's website. Updates may take up to 6 hours after dispatch.

We believe sacred products deserve sacred packaging. Every item is packed with love and care:

  • Fragile items (idols, shivlings, marble products) — bubble wrap and thermocol-padded boxes.
  • All products — double-layered corrugated cardboard with tamper-proof tape.
  • Clothing items — folded in tissue paper, sealed poly bag inside outer box.
  • Books and granths — plastic film wrap to protect from moisture, then boxed.
  • Malas and beads — individually pouched, placed in padded envelopes or boxes.
  • We use eco-friendly packaging materials as part of our green initiative.
  • Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts on consecutive working days.
  • The delivery agent will call you before each attempt. Keep your phone reachable.
  • After 3 failed attempts the package is returned to our warehouse (RTO).
  • For RTO orders we will contact you for re-dispatch. Re-delivery charges may apply.
  • If you refuse delivery without valid reason, re-shipping charges will be borne by you.

For COD orders refused at delivery without valid reason, your account may be flagged and future COD orders may be restricted.

  • Record an unboxing video — always record while opening the package. This is essential for any damage claim.
  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging.
  • Send the video and photos to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Or email support@bhaktimart.com with your order number and evidence.
  • On verification we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Claims for transit damage without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Please always record while opening any parcel from Bhakti Mart.

  • International shipping is currently not available through our standard checkout.
  • For international or NRI orders write to us at international@bhaktimart.com.
  • Custom international shipments may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
