You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Steps:

1. Go to Account → My Orders
2. Click on the order you want to cancel
3. Press the "Cancel Order" button
4. Select a reason and confirm

Refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Cancellation is not possible after dispatch — you will need to follow the return process instead.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery — if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.

Steps for Return:
1. Account → My Orders → Return Request
2. Upload photos and write the reason
3. Our team will contact you within 24 hours
4. Free pickup will be arranged from your address
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 days after we receive the product

Note: Product must be in original packaging. Returns are not accepted for "change of mind".

Delivery time depends on your location:

📍 Jaipur / Rajasthan: 2–3 business days
🏙️ Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore): 3–5 days
🗺️ Other Cities: 5–7 business days
🌄 Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Express Delivery option is available at checkout for an extra charge. Tracking link will be sent via SMS and email within 24 hours of order placement.

If you still haven't received it after 10 days, contact us with these details:

Applying a coupon is very easy:

1. Go to your Cart
2. Look for the "Apply Coupon / Promo Code" section
3. Type the code and click Apply
4. The discount will be automatically deducted from the total

Refund always comes back to the same payment method. You can check refund status in Account → My Orders → Refund Status. You will also receive an email notification.

Resetting your password is very easy:

1. Go to the Login page
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your registered email or mobile number
4. You will receive an OTP — enter it
5. Set a new password

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pincodes.
