ORDERHow can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Steps:
1. Go to Account → My Orders
2. Click on the order you want to cancel
3. Press the "Cancel Order" button
4. Select a reason and confirm
Refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Cancellation is not possible after dispatch — you will need to follow the return process instead.

RETURNHow to return or exchange a product?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery — if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
Steps for Return:
1. Account → My Orders → Return Request
2. Upload photos and write the reason
3. Our team will contact you within 24 hours
4. Free pickup will be arranged from your address
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 days after we receive the product
Note: Product must be in original packaging. Returns are not accepted for "change of mind".

CODIs Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pincodes.
