Terms of Service

Bhakti Mart is an online marketplace for authentic spiritual and religious products including idols, malas, incense, clothing, books, and sacred items. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products.

Important Disclaimers

• Product images are for reference. Handmade and natural items (marble, stone, wood) may have slight variations in colour, grain, or texture — this is natural and not a defect.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice.
• Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of order placement is final.
• All products undergo a quality check before dispatch from our warehouse.
• We source products only from verified artisans and trusted suppliers.

When you create an account on Bhakti Mart, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• You must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate others, or use another person's account.
• Accounts found to be misused or involved in fraudulent activity will be permanently suspended without notice.
• Notify us immediately at support@bhaktimart.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All orders placed on Bhakti Mart are subject to product availability and our right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation does not guarantee that the item is available until it is dispatched.

Payment

• We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• For COD orders, payment must be made to the delivery agent in full at the time of delivery.
• Any attempt to make fraudulent payments will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before processing begins.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Our return policy applies.
• Cancellation requests after processing are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All content on the Bhakti Mart platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of Bhakti Mart or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without our explicit written permission.
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand name "Bhakti Mart" may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours without prior written consent.
• You may share product links on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• User-submitted reviews and photos are owned by you but you grant Bhakti Mart a non-exclusive licence to use them on our platform.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using Bhakti Mart:

• Attempting to hack, disable, damage, or disrupt the platform or its servers.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our platform without written permission.
• Uploading or transmitting harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Using our platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our backend systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bhakti Mart and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.
• Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
• Any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
• Damage to your device or data caused by malware, viruses, or third-party attacks while using our platform.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Bhakti Mart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

• We encourage you to first contact our support team to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing legal action.
• For unresolved disputes, arbitration may be pursued under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
• Consumer disputes are also subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India.

Bhakti Mart reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.

• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
• The date of the latest revision is always displayed at the top of this page.
